Legal terms of our online GiveAway
Clause 1: Organizing Company
The Photographer Collection (hereinafter The Photographer), in the legal entity of Caterina Conti of community nationality, with C.I.F. number: Y4919995X and registered office in Granadilla de Abona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife 38618 (Spain), owner of the website www.thephotographercollection.com, organizes a raffle effective from May 30, 2021 to May 31, 2021.
Clause 2: Mode of participation
Between May 30 and 31, 2021 (both included), whoever wishes to participate must:
- Be of legal age.
- Be a follower of the Instagram profiles of the accounts subject to the draw, that is: @thephotographercollection and @theitalianchica.
- Like the publication that is the subject of the draw.
- Mention 2 real friends, of legal age and that are not celebrity accounts, fake accounts or only usable for giveaways, in the comments.
Share our post in your Stories tagging the accounts subject to the giveaway: @thephotographercollection and @theitalianchica.
Clause 3: Awards
They will be raffled among all the participants of the draw on Instagram:
A sweatshirt from The Photographer Collection, Teide Stars model and in the size corresponding to the winner's request.
Clause 4: GiveAway
The draw will take place on June 1, 2021 in Tenerife, Granadilla de Abona, 38618 (Spain), by randomly drawing a winner of the giveaway and 2 additional participants as reserve.
Clause 5: Awards Ceremony
The winner will be informed by the social network Instagram. In the case that it is not possible to locate the winner within 5 days, or the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, THE PHOTOGRAPHER will go to the reservation records in order of extraction.
Once contacted, the winner will receive an e-mail explaining how she should redeem her prize.
Clause 6: data protection
In no case will personal information of the participants will be collected through social networks. This is not considered as authorization for the timely delivery, by The Photographer Collection of advertising or promotional communications, through any means (correspondence, telephone, fax, e-mail, SMS or any other electronic means)
The winner agrees to publish a post or a Story on Instagram with a photo of themselves with the award, whether wearing it or not, by tagging the @thephotographercollection profile, within a period of no more than one week after receiving the award.
Clause 7: Acceptance of bases and responsibility.
1. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Photographer reserves the right to modify the Legal terms of the GiveAway, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void in case of detecting any irregularity. Once any modification has been made, it will be duly made known to the participants on the website https://thephotographercollection.com/
3. The Photographer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the GiveAway all those participants who, it deems, are in breach of any participation conditions included in these rules. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from their condition as such.
4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms and Conditions will lead to the consequent disqualification of the participant from the promotion. By way of example but not limited to, it will be understood that abuse or fraud occurs when a participant registers in the draw using a false identity or identities of third parties without her consent, or mentions false identities or celebrity accounts.
5. The Photographer is exempt from any responsibility in the event of an error in the data provided, where appropriate, by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.
Clause 8: Applicable Law-Controversy:
These Bases are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claim related to the Sweepstakes must be submitted in writing to The Photographer Collection at Att. From the Marketing Department to the following address: in Granadilla de Abona, Tenerife CP 38618 (Spain), before thirty (30) days after the deadline for participation in the Sweepstakes, as indicated in these Terms and Conditions. In case of controversy in the application or interpretation of these Terms and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all litigation will be subject to the courts of the community of Santa Cruz de Tenerife that correspond by order.
